Middle Tennessee Z Car Club

The On-Line ZCON2010 Convention Registration system will be CLOSED at Noon (ET) on Friday, July 23. This is necessary so that the Convention Planning Committee can provide banquet numbers to the hotel. There are financial penalties if these numbers are not as accurate as possible.

Within each Club on this mailing list, please forward this message on to all of your respective Club Members and advise them to register prior to the 23rd if they plan to attend the Convention. If they wait and register on-site at the Embassy Suites hotel, there is no guarantee that they will be able to attend all of the hotel related events. There is also a chance that if they are not pre-registered they may get only a nearly empty Goodie Bag and possibly no convention T-Shirt if they wait until the last minute. Registrations are coming in strong and we expect a full house! This should not be an issue if everyone registers prior to July 23rd.
